A medium dry white wine made from locally grown fruit. Several varieties of peaches are harvested at their peak of flavour then blended to create this full bodied wine. This2009 vintage "goût de terroir" and an earthy bouquet. The wine has full peach flavour and a pleasing finish. It is a social wine to serve with hard cheeses such as Swiss, Cheddar, Provolone, or mild gouda, with fresh fruit desserts, or as a fruit salad marinade. Try it as a spritzer with sparkling wine or soda water.
