A medium sweet red wine made from locally grown tart and black sweet cherries. Intense tart cherry aroma. Smoky, toasted almond bouquet. The initial sweet black cherry taste finishes with the refreshing tartness of the Montmorency cherries. This is a wine for chocolate loversit is delicious with any chocolate dessert. It is also nice with cheesecakes or used in a spritzer.
