Poire Sec
A dry white wine made from 100% Niagara grown Bartlett
and Bosc pears. The wine has a distinctive pear aroma and flavour with
soft hints of citrus. It is a medium- bodied, balanced wine with refreshing
acidity and a lingering finish.
A dinner wine to serve with fish, poultry, cream sauces,
pork, smoked salmon, shellfish. Serve with cheeses Gruyere, Emmental,
and Asiago.
Serve slightly chilled.
