Peach

   An medium dry white wine made from 100% Niagara fruit. Several varieties of peaches are harvested at their peak of flavour and then blended to create this wine. This full-bodied wine has an intense fresh peach aroma and flavour with a pleasing finish.
   A social wine to serve to serve with hard cheeses such as Swiss, Cheddar, Provolone, or mild gouda, with fresh fruit desserts, or as a fruit salad marinade. Try it as a spritzer
with sparkling wine or soda water.
   Serve slightly chilled.
