Nectarine
An off dry white wine made from 100% Niagara Peninsula
nectarines. Soft tangerine and nectarine aroma with a hint of pineapple.
The wine, like the fruit, combines the sweetness of a peach with the refreshing
tartness of a plum. Light body, long classic nectarine finish.
A dinner wine to serve with creamy pastas, chicken,
pork, fish and cheeses like Jarlsberg, Havarti, or Cheddar. Or pair with
light desserts such as Angel Food or Sponge cake
and Meringues.
Serve slightly chilled.
