Iced Peach

   A sweet dessert wine made from 100% Niagara peaches. The ripe fruit is picked in August and frozen. The frozen fruit is then gently pressed. The resulting juice is sweet and bursting with peach flavour.
   Serve with desserts such as fruit flan, sponge cake or angel food cake. Serve with cheeses such as mild Gouda, Brie, or Edam, or on its own.
   Serve slightly chilled
