Golden Plum

   An off dry wine made from 100% Niagara Golden plums. Rich aroma with hints of honey, lemon, and tangerine overtones. The initial sweetness quickly becomes tangy, with a hint of spice and tartness. A pleasing finish that cleanses as it lingers on the palate.
   A dinner wine to serve with aged cheddar cheese, gouda, Brie, Havarti, lamb, red meats, duck, Asian cuisine, curry dishes, Cajun foods, pizza, Greek food.
   Serve slightly chilled.
