Cranberry

   A lively dry wine made from 100% Ontario cranberries. A vibrantly coloured wine with aromas of fresh cranberries and a hint of spice. The illusion of initial sweetness finishes in classic cranberry form with refreshing acidity.
   Serve with turkey, lamb, salmon, swordfish, oysters, shellfish, game meats. Also with cheeses such as Swiss, Havarti, Gruyere, or Gouda.
   Serve slightly chilled.
