Apricot
An off dry white wine made from 100 % Niagara apricots.
A bouquet of lilies and orange flowers with apricot overtones. Fresh,
intense layered flavours - from the velvety skin, through the textured
fruit, to the tangy flesh at the stone. Full body with a balanced finish.
Try it with glazed ham, sweet and sour dishes, or cold
summer soups. Serve as a social wine or with cheeses such as cheddar,
Swiss, mild Gouda, Edam. Also nice with desserts like
Custards, Compotes, Cheesecakes, and Tortes.
Serve slightly chilled.
